Valentine's Day 2008
Happy Valentine's Day!!Made dinner for my darling - Teriyaki Salmon, chicken soup, & for dessert, white chocolate strawberry cheesecake~
Went to JP to buy the ingredients, but they ran out of salmon! Had to go to another market to get the salmon.. My uncle was coming to deliver a cabinet for us, so he gave me a ride! Lucky!
My first attempt at making cheesecake.. and I love it! Darling says the salmon is his favourite dish.. My first attempt at oven broiling too, luckily everything turns out ok.. Hehe..
